Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
Effective Date: February 6, 2026 Operated by: Sandoval Luis Consulting LLC (“FlyerFly”)
At FlyerFly, we are committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for our users. Although FlyerFly is a platform designed for university students aged 16+, we recognize our responsibility to prevent the exploitation of children.
We adhere to a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM
FlyerFly strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, soliciting, or promoting of any content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:
Any visual depiction of a minor (under 18) engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Grooming behavior (building trust with a minor to facilitate sexual abuse).
Sextortion (threatening to release private images to coerce a victim).
Sexualization of minors in any form.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
We empower our community to report violations immediately. Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through:
In-App Reporting: Tap the "Report" button located on every post, event, or user profile to flag content immediately for review.
Direct Safety Contact: You may email our safety team directly at safety@flyerfly.app with the subject line "Safety Concern."
3. Enforcement and Removal
Upon receiving a report or identifying CSAE/CSAM through internal monitoring:
Immediate Removal: The content will be removed from our servers immediately (within 24 hours of discovery).
Permanent Ban: The account responsible for uploading or sharing the material will be permanently banned from FlyerFly without warning.
Device Blocking: We reserve the right to block the device ID to prevent the user from creating new accounts.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
FlyerFly complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety. If we identify confirmed instances of CSAE/CSAM, we will:
Preserve the relevant data (user ID, technical logs, timestamps, and content) as evidence.
Report the content and user details to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline.
Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any resulting investigations.
